Fred Wacjs, Senior Program Administrator, Conservation & Load Management, Northeast Utilities, will present a program on the impact of new codes and how, working with them, architects and engineers must work together to achieve goals. Fred will cover:
· New Envelope, Mechanical and Electrical Requirements for Commercial Buildings
· Requirements Result in 30% Reduction in Energy Consumption
· Need for Architects and Engineers to Incorporate Integrated Design Practices
